Smoothie #25: A Very Very Very Healthy Smoothie!!

This smoothie is sooo healthy and delicious! So please enjoy it!

Ingredients:
1/2 C Nonfat Milk
1/2 C Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 Banana
2 T Powdered Protein Supplement
1 1/2 T Flax Seed
1 t Honey
1/2 C Frozen Strawberries

Directions:
1: Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
