1/2 C Vanilla Ice Cream
1/3 C Milk
1 t Cocoa Powder

Smoothie #41: Earth Day Smoothie!!

This smoothie is SOOO green! I hope you enjoy a greeny Earth Day Smoothie!

Ingredients:
3 C Cubed pineapple junks
1/3 C Sugar
1/4 C Lime Juice
2 T Minced Fresh Mint
2 C Club soda (chilled)
ice
6 mint sprigs

Directions:
1: Put all the ingredients into the blender except for the club soda, ice, and mint sprigs. Mix well.
2: Pour this into a tall pitcher and stir in the club soda.
3: Immediatly put the drink into glasses filled with ice and decorate the glass with the mint sprig. Enjoy!

Smoothie #39: Craving for Coconuts!!! Smoothie!!

I know I was just in Hawaii but hey its starting to turn into nice weather here (as in 75 degrees and sunny!!) and I want a delicious coconut smoothie that will make me feel like I am back by the pool in the sun and my bikini! I hope you enjoy this smoothie!

Ingredients:
1 C Coconut Sorbet
1/2 C Coconut Milk
1/3 C Crushed Ice
3 T Coconut Flakes
1 T Honey

Directions:
1: Mix all the ingredients together except for 1/2 T of the honey, and 1 T of the coconut flakes.
2: Once this is well blended, dip the rim of your glass into the 1/2 T of honey.
3: Then dip the rim of the glass into the remaining coconut flakes.
4: Pour your smoothie into this glass and enjoy it!!

Smoothie #38: In the Red Smoothie

I love red fruits! Cranberries are a delicious red fruit that everybody loves so I decided to include them in this smoothie! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Ice
1/2 C Cranberry Juice
2 T Grenadine
2 T Lime Juice
1/2 C Sparkling Water

Directions:
1: Put the ice cubes in a tall glass
2: Mix all the other ingredients together in a blender.
3: Pour the mixture into hte class with ice. Enhoy!

I have been a huge fan of honeydew melon since kindergarten and this is such a great smoothie that makes everything totally feel like spring!

1/4 t Grated Ginger
1/2 C Sliced Banana
1/2 C Ice

Smmothie #36: Delicious Frozen Hot Chocolate Smoothie!

Its getting pretty warm out but hot chocolate still tastes delicious! So this is a smoothie that will refresh you, and give you that delicious taste of hot chocolate!

Ingredients:
1/3 C Milk
3 T Sugar
2/3 C Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 T Hot Chocolate Mix Powder
2 C Ice
4 Scoops Chocolate Ice Cream

Directions:
1:Put milk, sugar, chocolate chips, and hot chocolate in a medium microwavable bull. Microwacve on high for 30 seconds.
2: Keep microwaving until the mixture is smooth.
3: Cool in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
4: Put the cooled mixture and the rest of the ingredients into the blender and mix well. Enjoy!

Smoothie #34: S'mores without the Campfire Smoothie

This smoothie tastes just like s'mores but you don't exactly need a campfire!

Ingredients:
1 C Vanilla Ice Cream
1 C Chocolate Ice Cream
1/2 C Whole Milk
2-3 Ice Cubes
1/4 C Mini Marshmellows
1/3 C Mini Chocolate Chips
1/2 Graham Cracker

Directions:
1: Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
2: Add the mini marshmellows, and chocolate chips. Mix.
3: Pulse in 1/2 a grahame cracker. Enjoy!

Some of you are probably pretty stressed right now. Am I right? Well if I am then I suggest that you quickly whip up this smoothie! If you are suffering from tests in school, everyday life, or just plain old stress then please just make it! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 C Blueberries
1 C Whole Milk
1 C Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
1 Banana
1 T Honey/Sugar
4-6 Ice Cubes

Directions:
1: Chop the banana up and place it in the blender.
2: Add all the other ingredients and mix well, then enjoy!

Smoothie #32: The Sparkling Pink and Green Smoothie!!

This smoothie obviously contains pink and green fruit... What are these fruits? Strawberries and limes of course! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 C Fresh Strawberries
1 1/4 C Lime-Flavored Sparkling Water
1/3 C Whipping Cream or Half-and-Half
1 T Sugar

Directions:
1: Put the strawberries in the blender.
2: Add just 1 C of the sparkling water.
3: Then add the cream and sugar and blend all this together.
4: Carefully stir in the remaining sparkling water (1/4 C).
5: Enjoy!!!
~Optional: Decorate with Lime Wedges.

Smoothie #20: A White Smoothie

This smoothie is an egg nog smoothie and I know it is christmasy but doesn't that sound good right now?

Ingredients:
1 C Milk
1 Egg (coddled)
1 T Sugar
1/4 t Almond Extract
1/4 t Vanilla Extract
Whipped Cream
Dash of Nutmeg

Directions:
1: Blend all the ingredients together except the whipped cream and nutmeg.
2: Spray some whipped cream on top, add the dash of nutmeg on top of this, and enjoy!
