Your probably thinking, "Why would I make this smoothie for breakfast, or even for a snack?"
Well your answer is that this smoothie actually contains a high amount of protein. The bananas and peanut butter have protein. The Chocolate is supposed to make you feel good. Supposedly it has a chemical or something in it that helps you feel happier and better.
That's why people with heartbreak normally eat chocolate.
I hope you enjoy this delicious and reasonably nutritious smoothie!
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1/3 C Milk
6 oz or 2/3 C Vanilla Yogurt
3 T Chocolate Syrup
1/3 C. Peanut Butter
Directions:
1: Put all ingredient in the blender, mix, and enjoy!
