Bananas. A delicious wholesome fruit. Although some people I know say they were a spice a long time a ago, but people didn't exactly like the idea of Bananas being spices so supposedly the government changed them and officialy called them a fruit. But I'm not 100% sure if that's true...

6 0z/2/3 C Vanilla Yogurt

Smoothie #2: A Wintery Bliss of Peanut Butter, Chocolate, and Bananas

March 14, 2009

Your probably thinking, "Why would I make this smoothie for breakfast, or even for a snack?"

Well your answer is that this smoothie actually contains a high amount of protein. The bananas and peanut butter have protein. The Chocolate is supposed to make you feel good. Supposedly it has a chemical or something in it that helps you feel happier and better.

That's why people with heartbreak normally eat chocolate.

I hope you enjoy this delicious and reasonably nutritious smoothie!

Ingredients:

1 Banana

1/3 C Milk

6 oz or 2/3 C Vanilla Yogurt

3 T Chocolate Syrup

1/3 C. Peanut Butter

Directions:

1: Put all ingredient in the blender, mix, and enjoy!

Smoothie #1:The I Don't Like Boys That Hide From Me Smoothie

March 13th 2009

Ok so your probably wondering what this bizzare smoothie is about!

Lets just say that I have had some funny encounters with boys and as the title suggests this was a very bad encounter.

One fine fall day me and my friend had to talk to a boy that liked both of us. I didn't like him but well she kinda did.

So of course in the morning we say, "Hey we need to talk to you" and of course he didn't come back to talk to us!

Well after lunch we said again,"We need to talk to you" and this time he ran downstairs and hid in the bathroom until class starts.

After school we were texting him and saying, "we need to talk!!" He said that he had already left the school.

Later my other friend said that they just say his car... and there he was driving away.

It turns out that he was lying to us and hiding in the forest behind our school and waiting for a get-away moment.

So this smoothie is a vibrant and crazy Peach Smoothie which is well kinda crazy just like this boy.

Ingredients:
1/3 C Peach Juice

1/3 C Frozen Mangoes

1/2 C Frozen Peaches

1/4 C Strawberry Juice

1/4 C Frozen Strawberries

1/3 C Apple Juice

Ice

Directions:
1: Put the mangoes, peaches, and strawberries into your blender.

2: Pour in the Peach Juice

3: Pour in the Apple and Strawberry Juice

4: Put in the ice

5: Blend it all together and enjoy!

(Make sure you blend the ingredients together until you can't hear many crackling sounds or until it looks reasonably smooth.)
